3. Pricing and Payments

We charge by the job, not by the hour — ensuring transparency and fair pricing for every project.

Estimates may change slightly after an on-site inspection if additional work or conditions are discovered.

We accept credit cards, personal checks, cash, Zelle, and also offer Hearth 100% financing options.

Yes, we require a deposit to schedule and begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Yes, cancellations made on the same day of service are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

Our most requested services include electrical work, plumbing repairs, lighting installations, painting, and door or window repairs.

We do not provide HVAC installation or repair services.

Absolutely. All our technicians are licensed, insured, and bonded. We maintain insurance coverage through biBerk and are bonded in New Jersey with Nationwide.

Our professionals strictly follow OSHA safety procedures and regulations on every job.

No, we do not charge travel fees for services within our coverage areas.

We understand plans change — however, same-day cancellations incur a $75 fee.
